Jadu establishes ‘Accessibility Alliance’ partnership network

Jadu formalises partnerships with AbilityNet, Shaw Trust Accessibility Services and Silktide

Jadu, a leading global web experience management software company, has established a new ‘Accessibility Alliance’ partnership network with AbilityNet, Shaw Trust Accessibility Services and Silktide.

The partnership is part of Jadu’s core focus on ensuring its software, web designs and implementations are fully accessible to all. This is particularly important during the global pandemic when digital channels are primary points of contact, and ahead of new public sector regulation coming into force in September 2020.

Jadu has worked with each organisation before, directly or through joint customers, on various projects and collaborations and will continue to do so as part of the new partnership network, which will provide comprehensive accessibility services and support.

Jack Niland, UX Designer at Jadu Creative says, “Public sector organisations have a legal duty to ensure websites and apps meet accessibility requirements and will need to comply with the new standards by the 23rd of September this year.

“This partnership network combines our services to broaden our reach and offer a smooth process. Each partner brings immense value; from AbilityNet’s expert resources and workspace services, to Shaw Trust Accessibility Services’ expert testing team and consultancy. From Silktide’s automated testing and accessibility index, to our experience designing and implementing award winning websites and web experiences. We all have the same goal and are motivated to make online experiences fully inclusive.”
