Jadu merges its Web Content Management products, Jadu CMS with its enterprise electronic eForms product to create a new, single platform for transactional digital services.

Jadu, a leader in Low-code Digital Platforms for Public Services, has merged its Web Content Management products, Jadu CMS with its enterprise electronic eForms product to create a new, single platform for transactional digital services - which the company is now branding ‘Jadu Central’.

In addition, Jadu has rebranded its software as a services (SaaS) lite CRM and Case Management platform ‘Jadu CXM’ with a new brand name ‘Jadu Connect’, a name that defines the purpose of the product, to connect people with services.

The company has also updated its brand with a new identity in readiness for launching its product strategy, which is based on a simpler offering and a focus on automation and integration to enable a more connected enterprise.

“We’re starting by making our brand and our platform bolder, more accessible and simpler,” says Suraj Kika, Chief Executive and Founder of Jadu. “Jadu Central, is the new, merged CMS Website and XFP Forms product that is purpose built to deliver accessible digital services that meet the needs of end users. Our vision is to create easy to use, accessible transactional experiences. We want to put key tasks at the focal point of the user experience  and clear, intuitive user journeys at the heart of digital service design.”

“Jadu Connect is the new name for Jadu CXM. Rather than the acronym of the technology category, we’ve chosen to continue with a name that defines the purpose of the product - to connect people with services.”

As well as a new, bolder logo, the company has also created a new strapline in ‘Connecting Communities’.

“Only by automating processes, integrating systems and becoming more commercial can Local Authorities build more connected, smarter communities,” says Suraj Kika. “With the expectations users have from commercial digital services and ‘the Amazon experience’,  just-in-time delivery to devices is the tip of the digital iceberg for local digital services. That’s why we want to make it easy to build and deliver integrated digital experiences.”

Jadu’s new brand, software and redesigned user interface launched at Jadu Academy in July 2022 and will roll out over the remainder of 2022.
