Medway Council has partnered with Jadu to implement Jadu Agent-Ex: Search, an AI-powered search agent designed to deliver instant, accessible and multilingual answers on the council’s website.
Agent-Ex: Search is the first product on Jadu’s new Agent-Ex (Agent Experience) platform. It provides accurate, real-time responses in over 70 languages, using both text and speech. Unlike traditional search tools or generic chatbots, the AI agent is trained directly on the council’s website content, ensuring fact-based answers that are accessible and compliant with WCAG 2.2 AA standards.

Agent-Ex: Search integrates seamlessly with any web content management system, including Jadu Central, Drupal, WordPress, Umbraco and Sitecore. The product enhances traditional search by summarising published content, signposting to key tasks, and eliminating long lists of irrelevant results.
