The Challenge

Facing rapid population growth and increasing demands for efficient public services, Wasatch County recognized the need to modernize its digital infrastructure.

The existing website was outdated, lacked user-friendly features, and did not comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, which are essential (and the law) for ensuring inclusivity for all residents, including those with disabilities.

The solution

To address these challenges, the county implemented Jadu Central (integrated with Hyland). Note: Hyland resells the Jadu Central Platform as Hyland Content Portal. This integrated platform provided a centralized system for managing content, forms, and data, enabling seamless integration with the county's existing systems.

The website/portal's user-friendly interface allowed citizens to access services and information online, reducing the need for in-person visits and enhancing the overall user experience.

"The integration of Jadu has been pivotal in streamlining our content management and service delivery processes... We've provided our residents with a more intuitive and accessible online experience, aligning with our commitment to inclusivity."  - Don Wood, CIO at Wasatch County Government
