Amazon Web Services

Jadu Connect integrates with Amazon Lex (the same technology that powers the Amazon Alexa Assistant found in the Amazon Echo products) to offer users the ability to enable AI chatbots into Customer Service processes.

The chatbot is:

  • Engineered to understand Jadu Connect case types and learn from case data, such as pothole descriptions or flytipping.
  • Provides your users with an automated and accurate channel of communication with your business.
  • Easy to adopt, built as an integration in the Integrations Hub. 

The current cost to service a voice call is on average £3.23. The cost to serve the same call via Amazon Lex is £0.48, saving £2.75 per call if we get Jadu CXM plugged into Amazon Web Services (AWS) Connect.

Jadu’s Customer Experience Management (Jadu Connect) integrates with Blue Prism’s Digital Workforce product to enable users to activate Digital Workers in Blue Prism to manage mundane tasks including the manual rekeying of data to free up staff members. 

The integration:

  • Passes data from a Jadu Connect case, to trigger an RPA process at any point in a case lifecycle.
  • Enables processes to be designed and developed to automate tasks that would otherwise be manual.
  • Easy to adopt, built as an integration in the Integrations Hub. 
Blue Prosm
Microsoft

Microsoft 365 E3 users can access unattended RPA as part of Power Automate if you have an existing license, providing you with access to Digital Workers.

No integration is required between Jadu and Microsoft to connect Power Automate to your Jadu Platform. The connection is formed using the Service API and webhooks.
