Jadu Central includes a powerful, low‑code web content management system that enables teams to create, publish and govern content at scale via out-of-the-box themes, ensuring every faculty and department can deliver consistent, user‑first content without technical expertise. 

Developers can extend the platform with access to MyJaduAPI, to build custom tools, features, widgets and integrations that connect seamlessly with back-office systems to deliver rich, personalised digital experiences. 

Electronic forms 

Central’s responsive, accessible eForms replace wasteful paper‑based processes with streamlined, digital workflows. Forms can be built and updated without code, using branching rules and automation to guide users through the right journey. 

Deep integrations with ERP, finance and payment gateways, document imaging systems and eSignature platforms enable a fully connected, end‑to‑end experience - from data capture to back‑office processing.

One campus portal 

With Jadu Central, student data from multiple back‑office systems can be surfaced in one place. Full integration with Student Information Systems (SIS), Document Management Systems (DMS), CRM platforms and other enterprise systems, including Perceptive Content, ensures information is always accurate and accessible. 

Role‑based authentication is supported through LDAP, Active Directory, CAS and other identity providers, ensuring secure access for every user.

Multi‑site delivery 

Jadu Central Content gives you access to Jadu Galaxies, enabling you to create, deploy and manage multiple sites from one centralised place. More than simply ‘microsites’, Galaxies provide CMS solutions in their own right. Faculties, departments and research groups can maintain their own sites while benefiting from shared governance, accessibility and design standards.
