Improved customer account registration process and branding colours and icons in email alerts

New Customer account registration improvements: To register for an online account users must provide their email address first and verify this before completing registration. We have simplified the ‘states’ that a customer account can be in to the following:

  • Incomplete: user has not yet verified their email address and completed their details on the registration form
  • Invited: user has been invited to register
  • Active: user has completed all required registration steps and can sign-in and access the system
  • Disabled: user has been disabled, user cannot sign-in and does not receive alerts

New Branded Emails: Emails to customers will now be branded providing a more professional look! The colour used is the ‘main colour’ set in ‘settings > system > branding’ and the icon used is taken from ‘settings > system > icon.’

Fix Improved case export process to prevent them failing and blocking other exports

Fix Fixed an issue where adding multiple choices to an existing choice field only saves the latest choice

Fix Fixed issue where the timeline would display entries as being made in the future if the time on the user's local machine was behind the CXM server time

Fix Fixed an issue where users could not import case types with references to the system admin role

Fix Fixed an issue where the Dashboard fails to load when there are a lot of case types

Fix Fixed an issue where rule processing failure causes encrypted case values corruption

Fix Fixed an issue where the transition case rule action can move to invalid status

Fix Fixed an issue where rule actions from wrong case type were triggered
