New Case Type Import Improvements - watch the video

It’s now easier to import a case type from your test to your live account, and to share case types with other customers. You no longer require all items in your CXM account (roles, fields, groups, case dates etc.) to map to the items in the imported case type. Instead, you can simply create them when importing or map them to an existing item, helping to save time

New Timeline Inactivity - watch the video

If the CXM timeline isn’t interacted with for over 10 minutes, a pop-up box will appear asking if the user wishes to continue. If the pop-up isn’t clicked, the session will timeout an hour later. This will help minimise the amount of inactive users on the platform

New New customer record permissions - watch the video

We have added a permission to ‘Show New Person button on dashboard’. When disabled, staff members won’t be able to create a new customer record directly from the case list dashboard page. A customer record can still be created by simply searching for the customer in the system first before creating the record. This will help reduce duplicates, keeping everything more tidy and controlled

Improvement Case Fields added to Case Forms are no longer required by default. You still have the option to make them required by editing the ‘Case Field’ label

Improvement Improved help text has been added to the SinglePoint integration settings within the Integrations Hub

Improvement Top padding has been removed on the ‘Sign in’ pages making it easier to scroll through CXM on mobile devices

Fix Security: Enable HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS)
