My Account details and person finder results

New My Account - Address & Details - Video

Citizens with ‘My Account’ will now be able to update their address and details in the ‘My details’ page and will receive an email when they have done so. This enables users whose circumstances may have changed or who have made a mistake on initial registration to update their details easily, and those changes will be reflected on any XForm that they fill out.

Note: citizens will only be able to change their primary address, and not add/remove additional addresses

New Person Finder Results - Video

When staff users create a case in CXM from the case list dashboard and search for a person to link to the case, the search results will now include the person’s address so that you can distinguish between people with the same name. This improvement also applies where you have a person field on a CXM form, most commonly this will be the edit form (displayed on the details tab) where users can link a person to an existing case
