New Privacy policy on user registration - watch the video

When new users register for an account in CXM, they will need to tick the checkbox to confirm that they have read your privacy policy before being able to use the platform

New New email integration options - watch the video

  • Mailgun - The default service for sending emails from CXM. You’ll be able to switch this service off and use one of the below options if you prefer

  • AWS (Amazon Web Services) Simple Email Service hosted in the EU (Ireland) region

  • A Beta connector so that you can send emails via your own SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) server

Improvement Improved authorisation page for Oauth SSO integrations

We’re adding some improvements to the ‘third party authorisation’ page which asks users to authorise that their data can be shared with a third party application before they proceed from CXM. Improvements include using your CXM brand colours for the background and title bar, and removing the CXM sidebar - giving the page a more consistent look and feel.

Improvement Improved person search in 'New Case' pop up window

We have improved the way users search for a person to link to a case in the 'New Case' pop up window. This allows searching on any part of the customers name and address, as well as partial searching.
