The Investors in People award is a national quality standard awarded to well-run organisations. To obtain the standard, organisations need to demonstrate, best practice, people management and personal development. The Assessor's report identified several areas of particular strength for Jadu including its strong vision and direction, the motivation and enthusiasm of the Jadu team, the range of talent within the company and the systems and processes in place.
