Update Internal forms now shares the same logic as front end forms
Update Updated 'Confirmation entry’ component to 'Confirmed email’ and changed the labels to title case

Fix Calculations in tables can now use the ‘label’ variable of multiple choice questions
Fix Fixed an issue in PayBridge where ordered items were numbered incorrectly on the user's order history page
Fix Custom Actions and the standard CRM action now execute after payment enabled forms have been completed
Fix Plain text emails no longer have Arial tags wrapped around the body
Fix Fixed an issue where it was impossible to restart a form after a timeout error
Fix Solved an issue where form import could result in a 500 error if the form contains duplicate component names

This release is compatible with Continuum CMS #24 or above.
