Jadu XFP: Product Updates

This release:

New Adds the ability to make payments on behalf of registered front-end users via PayBridge MOTO functionality (front-end change required).

Update When integrated with Jadu ePayments, internal forms will now skip the payments process, and submit as normal.

Fix Fixes an issue where the "To address", "From address" and "Subject" fields did not provide answer variables as options when creating an email template.

Fix Fixes an issue where access privileges would incorrectly prevent the form owner from setting up email templates, if they did not originally create the form.

Fix Fixes an issue where database migrations occassionally failed when patching from Continuum XFP #8 to a later version on WISP systems.

Fix Makes email confirmation questions case-insensitive.

Fix Adds X-UA Compatible metadata tag to force latest IE rendering engine across the Control Center.

Compatibility 

This release is only compatible with Continuum CMS #38 (13.6.0), which should be installed before this release is applied. No further Continuum CMS patches should be applied after the Continuum XFP patch, unless updating to a later version of Continuum XFP.
