New Added the option to force a site-wide password reset for control center users upon their next login.

Update Minor updates to the default vanilla templates.

Fix Galaxy site homepage now uses metadata set in assigned homepage rather than default values.

Fix Jadu link removed from default templates of main site and galaxy site.

Fix Scheduled tasks now run when a site runs under HTTPS.

Fix Front end directory submissions no longer overwrite directory entries that already exist.
