Fix Fixes an old events migration, for MSSQL compatibility when events recur too frequently.

Fix Fixes the link checker to properly report broken links in XFP form pages, instead of listing them as deleted items.

Fix Improves link checker scheduled tasks by adding to an execution queue so the chance of missing an execution is minimal.

Fix Improves ESRI map pin centering.

Fix Adds the ability to disable delete of historical, provisional, externally rejected and internally rejected LLPG record while importing the LLPG data.
