Fix End-date field in the metadata modal is now validated to be in future only if the content schedule checkbox is selected.

Fix Task re-scheduler now handles re-scheduling of failed tasks with monthly and fortnightly intervals.

Fix Added readable URLs word separator constant to database install scripts and newly created Galaxies sites. (default to hyphen)

Fix Fixed an issue where looking glass schedule task failed if it is run around the same time as forms export task.
